Webey Technologies is not responsible for any downtime or service malfunction due to Client side Internet Service outage, Device malfunction, Virus/malware attacks. Webey Technologies shall only be responsible for Cloud Server downtime. A Refund & Rebate policy is there after examining the cause & duration of downtime. Kindly read our refund policy. Content rich websites require moderate internet/broadband speed. Webey Technologies is not responsible for slow loading of website due to low internet speed of the user. Complex views and reports of CloudERP software needs a good amount of RAM at Client Device. Webey is not responsible for software quality/performence degradation due to low & old hardware configuration of client device.
Payment is on Yearly / Monthly / Half-yearly / Quarterly basis according to convenience of the client. Basic Website package payments are accepted on yearly basis only. There is no development cost for the packages. Only Initial Booking charge/Monthly/Quarterly/Half-yearly AMC charges are applicable. Website & ERP Software will be disabled automatically if the installment amount is not paid within due date. Service will be deactivated if the payment is not made woithin 7 days of disable of the service. Reactivation cost/fine of 500 INR will be extra payable. Payment Modes are - NEFT/IMPS Bank Transfer, Payment Link provided by webey for Online payment through Debit/Credit Card, Net-Banking & Wallets & Cash. Pricing is quoted on yearly basis. There will be an yearly increment of 5%-10% depending upon Package Cost, Domain price,Hosting Charges & inflation.

Client data, contacts, business details are kept securely for internal use & inter-communication between client & Webey only. Webey Technologies is not responsible for any copyright disputes & issues of the content shown in client website All text, information, images & videos are uploaded on site after approval of the client. Client has to approve all those contents through email before uploading to the final site. client is entirely responsible for the contents visible in their website.
Search Engine Optimization implementation does not mean website will appear on first position or in first page just after google/yahoo/bing search. Only Technical parts of SEO will be done by Webey , there are some non-technical & user level job to lift the SEO rank which takes ample time. Client side Non-technical parts will be communicated to clients & guidelines will be given over time.
SMS & Payment Gateway service activation is subjected to proper submission of Client's Business Documents and verification of those documents by SMS gateway & Payment Gateway Providers. Webey Shall integrate and maintain proper fuctioning of those gateway services for the clients.
First Part of the payment (Booking Amount) is non-refundable, that also includes the domain purchase fees. Rest of the amount is partially refundable if Client discontinues with official intimation, Refund amount is calculated on the basis of remaining month count of non-usage till the end of one year. In case of Cloud Server outage & Downtime client must officially book a fault docket by email at the time of non availability of website. Refund/Rebate amount will be adjusted with next renewal cost after examining the duration & cause of the outage. Rebate due to downtime is calculated on hour basis after dividing the monthly package cost into hours.
Draft of the website will be available on a sub-domain of webey.in, clients have to check them for approval. Webey Technologies shall not be responsible for any development or delivery delay due to delay in sending required contents, delay in review of drafts or any other kind of delays from client side. After official approval, website will be launched in actual domain. Any kind of future modification will be done on sub-domain first and after client approval it will be live. For any technical fault/support/problem/issues regarding website & hosting clients need to send an official email to services@webey.in Yearly package starts on the date of purchase of the domain. Hence the package expires with the expire of the domain if not renewed for next year. Domain may not be available if not renewed within stipulated time before the expire date. Extra charges may be incurred as per godaddy pricing to recover those expired domain. Webey Technologies shall intimate the client about the renewal of the whole service & package before one month of the expire date.
Client needs to Intimate Webey Technologies officially about the discontinuation through email or in hard copy letter. In case of discontinuation the domain will be transferred to client's godaddy account Web page contents/data will be returned in raw text,image or video file format Basic Business & Accounts Data from ERP Software Database will be returned in Excel format only Refund of remaining unused months till one year will be made as per refund policy.
