Domain is purchased at Godaddy with Privacy Protection (depending on availability of Privacy protection) on yearly renewal basis. Domain like .in or .co.in are not eligible for Privacy Protection Domain is kept, renewed & maintained under Webey Technologies Account for development & Maintenance Purpose

Uptime & Speed

Cloud hosting Ensures 99.9 % Uptime. Webey Technologies is not responsible for any downtime or service malfunction due to Client side Internet Service outage, Device malfunction, Virus/malware attacks. Webey Technologies shall only be responsible for Cloud Server downtime. A Refund & Rebate policy is there after examining the cause & duration of downtime. Kindly read our refund policy. Content rich websites require moderate internet/broadband speed. Webey Technologies is not responsible for slow loading of website due to low internet speed of the user. Complex views and reports of CloudERP software needs a good amount of RAM at Client Device. Webey is not responsible for software quality/performence degradation due to low & old hardware configuration of client device.

Payment Policy

Payment is on Yearly / Monthly / Half-yearly / Quarterly basis according to the type of Project & Package. Normally Basic Website package payments are accepted on yearly basis only, higher packages with ERP comes with Quarterly/Half-yearly payment option. There is NO DEVELOPMENT FEES for the packages on one-time basis. Only Initial Booking charge/Monthly/Quarterly/Half-yearly AMC charges with Domain, Hosting & Database charges are applicable. For Basic/Static Website Package the booking amount is non-refundable. in case of higher Packages with monthly/quarterly payment option - first six month/first two quarters payment is considered as advance booking charge & this charge is non-refundable. After six months’ payment option shall begin according contract/package. Website & ERP Software will be disabled automatically if the instalment amount is not paid within due date. Service will be deactivated if the payment is not made within 7 days of disable of the service. Reactivation cost/fine of 500 INR will be extra payable. Payment Modes are - NEFT/IMPS Bank Transfer, Payment Link provided by Webey for Online payment through Debit/Credit Card, Net-Banking & Wallets & Cash. Pricing is quoted on yearly basis. There will be a yearly increment of 5%-10% depending upon Package Cost, Domain price, Hosting Charges & inflation. Client may opt for higher/lower packages any time, but the change-over will be effective from next month. Client has to pay the previous package cost till end of that payment-cycle/month. Accordingly, future payment amount will be adjusted.

Data Usage & Security Policy

Webey Technologies does not use or sell any data regarding clients for any commercial purpose. Client data, contacts, business details are kept securely for internal use & inter-communication between client & Webey only. Front-end Website Data like - text, images, video & other contents are visible in public. Website comes with 128 bit SSL encryption. https:// gives added security, hence all data communication between website & user are encrypted & secure. CloudERP Back end database is completely Encrypted with modern Algorithms and communication between script & Database is SSL encrypted as well to keep the back-end database and communication secure. Webey Technologies is not responsible for the back-end ERP Database security breach or data modification or data mismatch due to mishandling of user ID/Password or wrong data entry from Client side. (No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your Data, Database we cannot guarantee its absolute security)

Data collection , Documentation & Copyright

Webey Technologies shall collect website data from clients in digital format / soft copy only (docx/pdf format in case of text, jpeg/png/gif format in case of image, mpeg/avi in case of video). Hard-copy, photo-copy, picture of hard-copy or any other undocumented format is NOT allowed in basic package. Developer shall collect ready data in prescribed format from client through e-mail & decorate/design them in website template. Client must be prepared with all relevent text, description,specifications & narration of their products for website. Webey Technologies shall accomplish basic image editing for web development. Advanced Image editing, Video editing, Banner Editing & graphic design, Detail documentation of Product & service catalouge from hard-copy/picture, preparation of ready data from raw/undocumented format - these are extra chargable as DOCUMENTATION FEES on one-time & on-demand basis according to content/data volume.

Webey Technologies is not responsible for any copyright disputes & issues of the content shown in client website All text, information, images & videos are uploaded on site after approval of the client. Client has to approve all those contents through email before uploading to the final site. client is entirely responsible(Officially & Legally) for the contents visible in their website.

SEO

Search Engine Optimization implementation does not mean website will appear on first position or in first page just after google/yahoo/bing search. Only Technical parts of SEO will be done by Webey , there are some non-technical & user level job to lift the SEO rank which takes ample time. Client side Non-technical parts will be communicated to clients & guidelines will be given over time.

SMS & Payment Gateway

SMS & Payment Gateway service activation is subjected to proper submission of Client's Business Documents and verification of those documents by SMS gateway & Payment Gateway Providers. Webey Shall integrate and maintain proper functioning of those gateway services for the clients. SMS charges are extra payable on per SMs basis.

Refund & Rebate Policy

First Part of the payment (Booking Amount) is non-refundable, that also includes the domain purchase fees. Rest of the amount is partially refundable if Client discontinues with official intimation or Webey Technologies discontinues the project, Refund amount is calculated on the basis of remaining month count of non-usage till the end of one year. In case of Cloud Server outage & Downtime client must officially book a fault docket by email at the time of non availability of website. Refund/Rebate amount will be adjusted with next renewal cost after examining the duration & cause of the outage. Rebate due to downtime is calculated on hour basis after dividing the monthly package cost into hours.

Development & Support

Draft of the website will be available on a sub-folder of respective client website, clients have to check them for approval. Webey Technologies shall not be responsible for any development or delivery delay due to delay in sending required contents, delay in review of drafts or any other kind of delays from client side. After official approval, website will be launched in actual domain. Any kind of future modification will be done on sub-domain first and after client approval it will be live. For any technical fault/support/problem/issues regarding website & hosting clients need to send an official email to services@webey.in Yearly package starts on the date of purchase of the domain. Hence the package expires with the expire of the domain if not renewed for next year. Domain may not be available if not renewed within stipulated time before the expire date. Extra charges may be incurred as per godaddy pricing to recover those expired domain. Webey Technologies shall intimate the client about the renewal of the whole service & package before one month of the expire date.

Discontinue Policy

Client needs to Intimate Webey Technologies officially about the discontinuation through email or in hard copy letter. In case of discontinuation the domain will be transferred to client's godaddy account. Web page contents/data will be returned in raw text,image or video file format. Basic Business & Accounts Data from ERP Software Database will be returned in Excel format only Refund of remaining unused months till one year will be made as per refund policy. Webey Technologies can discontinue the project/service with a prior intimation if Webey finds the project unprofitable/unfeasible in future course. Refund shall be made as per refund policy & return of data shall be made as per discontinue policy. Return/transfer of Domain & Data is subjected to Cleared Payment status. No Data/Domain will be returned if any outstanding payment exists with the client.

In case of Post-paid Monthly Payment there is no refund will generate, in case of Pre-paid Monthly Payment the refund for Cancellation will be calculated on the basis of remaining days of the month. In case of Cloud Server outage & Downtime client must officially book a fault docket by email at the time of non availability of website. Refund/Rebate amount will be adjusted with next renewal cost after examining the duration & cause of the outage. Rebate due to downtime is calculated on hour basis after dividing the monthly package cost into hours. Refund will be made to the Bank Acoount of Client directly through NEFT/IMPS.

Discontinue & Cancellation Policy

Client needs to Intimate Webey Technologies officially about the discontinuation/cancellation through email or in hard copy letter. In case of discontinuation the domain will be transferred to client's godaddy account. Web page contents/data will be returned in raw text,image or video file format. Basic Business & Accounts Data from ERP Software Database will be returned in Excel format only. Refund of remaining unused months till one year will be made as per refund policy. Webey Technologies can discontinue the project/service with a prior intimation if Webey finds the project unprofitable/unfeasible in future course. Refund shall be made as per refund policy & return of data shall be made as per discontinue policy. Return/transfer of Domain & Data is subjected to Cleared Payment status.
